Vein miner mod 1.10.2 download
Very annoying. Only thing that seems to fix it is the player must do completely log out of the client and relaunch the pack Sometimes.
I'm not sure how to even try to fix this. Since you say it is random, I'm guessing you don't have an easy way to reproduce it. If you have client and server log lines of when it happens of the mod rejection I may be able to deduce what is going wrong. When I saw this happen, I noticed that the problem didn't go away unless either the client was restarted or the server was. Veinminer has been the only mod to experience this problem, and if it helps I was also using veinminer integration too, which did not experience the same problem.
There was no logs at the time of dismissing from what I remember outside of the standard mod rejection. Having the mod rejection lines with maybe a few of context may give insight. But to have it be solved with just a restart is puzzling. I quickly added some extra logging to the mod comparison function. Where do the logs save too? I added it client side and don't see anything in my logs. Or does it need to be both client and server side?
Ok so one of my players got the error before I did and gave me his latest log. Looking at the logs the 2 vein miners are the same however the plus sign is switched to a dash. Just an idea to try? So i just renamed my Veinminer version number to VeinMiner and suddenly i was able to join to the server. This is the only mod that has the version bug, and I know other mods also use version numbers in theirs so it might just be a simple case of formatting like YOYOK9 said. I can second what fabri said.
It does not help changing the mod name. A temp fix is restarting the server, but it is impossible to time it as it is random when it occurs. This was done on a server with multiple people and it worked for none. This was tested by both changing it on the server and via the clients. Get help. Password recovery. VeinMiner Mod 1. To set the default mod to disabled, set the shortcut to an unused key. Using the default settings, an easy way to see VeinMiner working is to chop a tree from vanilla down using an axe from vanilla.
